The key to a healthy life

Negativity is bad for everyone, stay away from negative thoughts, negative news, negative people and negative things

Strive to be the best, always be positive about every situation, take a time out or breather if you feel your thoughts are too clouded. Breathe fresh air daily when you wake up early.

If you want to avoid fights and arguments then think before you speak. Don’t be too quick to judge things even life. Appreciate everything you have and take joy in the little things that happen to you.

Perfom random acts of kindness every now and then . Exercise well and eat healthy

    Being positive all the time is a great goal, but it’s important we understand that we will feel sad, or angry, or lost sometimes. It’s ok to feel these things, and as you say at these times we must take a breather to rest our body and our mind.
