Negativity is bad for everyone, stay away from negative thoughts, negative news, negative people and negative things
Strive to be the best, always be positive about every situation, take a time out or breather if you feel your thoughts are too clouded. Breathe fresh air daily when you wake up early.
If you want to avoid fights and arguments then think before you speak. Don’t be too quick to judge things even life. Appreciate everything you have and take joy in the little things that happen to you.
Perfom random acts of kindness every now and then . Exercise well and eat healthy
Don’t just let it change your day let it also change who you are and how you view the world
What was, what is and what will Instantly becomes meaningless if you become negative
Always believe in yourself, trust yourself and have a little faith
Have you ever met or talked to someone who just made you feel like you weren’t good enough, like no matter how hard you try you will always be average. Those people who are so bitter about life after talking to them you will feel like you will never be able to make it in life, you will never be successful, never be good enough and certainly never be happy. Well I would like to say this to you “stay away from those people, stay away from negative people and their negativity they will do nothing but bring you down.
Only you have the power, ability and strength to greatly improve your life, no one but you knows your truest capabilities If you think and say you are able, then it is so. What you think of yourself you become. No one is ever too small or too big, too smart or too slow but you are always smart enough, slow enough, big enough and small enough. The world is what you make of it.
YOU HAVE THE POWER to make bad situations into perfect situations, to make bad days into great days, you have the power to filter negative thoughts and people from your life, you have the power to be great, to be successful, to improve, to achieve, to be the best and finally you have the power to choose who you are, what you are, and what you become.

Life is a four letter word that represents the beginning and the end of one’s journey on earth, it represents all the decisions good or bad that one might make in this journey of life, it is a record of all the things that one goes through, and all the emotions that one discovers while they walk this journey.
The starting point of the journey of life is when one is born, the journey it’s self is when one is growing up and living life , this may be when one is a child, a teenager,and finally an adult, The finish line bieng when one dies or finally becomes one with the soil.
In this journey of life if you take shortcuts you are likely to arrive at your destination a little earlier than expected and that means you die sooner or at a young age.
Everything has its time and everyone has their own purpose in life, When you enter this world you are heavily armoured with different talents and gifts that you must use to make a difference in earth.
We are all different in a way such that we are like different pieces of a puzzle, we are very different yet together we make one grand masterpiece, we are all traveling individually different journeys but they all interlock at different intersections, in this journey of life we meet and part ways with different people that may be friends, enemies, partners or even family, But in the end we all exit this journey alone.

Money is a necessity you can’t do without, originally money is gold, paper money is just like a cheque it’s another form of money just like coins of course the real money being gold.
Money is often considered evil, but I guess there is nothing we can do about it, cause when we need it, we really need it.

Although this cannot immediately generate an income it can somehow work as an investment for the future. First you will need to grow n audience and only then can you monetize your blog and start earning. You can ask someone to build you your own website or you can join sites that already exist and create your blog from them e.g Bluehost and our very own WordPress, If you can't afford the plans then don't worry you can start your blog on a free plan and upgrade it later if you have gathered some cent's.
You will need to have a passion for the topic that you will be writing about and you will need to know that the numbers shouldn't matter to you as long as you are doing what you love there's nothing that can stop you from succeeding.
USING YOUR CRAFTS OR SKILLS TO make MONEY.
If you know yourself to be good at something then this is something that you should definitely try out.
Handmade crafts If you are skillful with your hands then crafts are just the thing for you. You can try these set of crafts that I have listed below.

If not listen to him ask him what needs to be done to change the way he looks at you, what needs to be done to put a smile on his face.
Engage with him, let him in, open up to him, trust him and make him become your greatest treasure.
You don’t need others to be happy you just need yourself, you just need to be yourself. So live your life just as you are don’t change just because other people don’t approve of you be yourself and be happy with who you are. Always appreciate yourself and your life.

Life is no brief candle for me. It is a sort of splendid torch which I have got hold of for the moment, and I want to make it burn as brightly as possible before handing it on to future generations.
If you don’t act on life, life has a habit of acting on you. It’s almost January and do you know what that means the count down to the month end is fastly approaching.
-What does that mean for you? – What does that mean for those New year’s your resolutions that you made -Did you just suddenly remember those resolutions that you made weeks ago?
The days slip into weeks, the weeks slip into months,the months slip into years and the years slip into never. That’s how the ordinary man lives his life, always putting things on hold and always putting things on standby in his mind thinking he has more than enough time to do them untill finally he loses sight of the things that matter and he starts living an empty life that is filled with pain and regret.
If only he knew that all of that could be changed by just one decision,one simple decision probably the easiest decision ever in life, that is to act on your ideas and vision’s
It’s the same with a new year’s resolution, you keep sidelining them and postponing them untill one day it’s another new year and you still haven’t done anything something that you were so eager to do when the year started just suddenly turned into a boring unappealing task that you just can’t do no matter how much you try.
The key to defeating this is following up on your actions and tracking your progress. If you do this daily, weekly or monthly then you are sure to see when and where you are slacking.
It’s that easy you just have to track your movements, find your weaknesses and practice consistent on your goals

Everyone makes mistakes in life whether big or small they are all mistakes never bother yourself about things you cannot change, If it’s done then it’s done the best you can do is to learn from it and make sure that history doesn’t repeat it’s self.
Mistakes happen and they are very common, just make sure that you do not purposely make mistakes that you can avoid because very often the price to pay is high.
If you have made mistakes in the past and you would like to reform but you can’t because no matter how much you try you can’t seem to forget or forgive yourself just know that blaming yourself won’t help either you have to start healing slowly maybe one day at a time, accept it that you made these mistakes and acknowledge that there’s nothing you can do now and try by all means not to be caught up in things like that again and try to be careful and good.
Time is a very unique thing it has the ability to heal and work on everything. Use it wisely and to your best interest.

He is the one who grows from his struggles, he doesn’t just go through them he also grows through them. He is the one that believes in himself, the one that knows that pain is a necessity in life, He knows that without bad times in life then he wouldn’t know and appreciate the good times in life.
But the other man is the one that always seeks revenge and is always out to get it but discovers once he has got it that it isn’t that satisfying and it doesn’t make you happy He is never happy and always wonder’s why, Life isn’t fair and that’s what he always thinks
Which man do you wanna be? Which man do you choose to be?
It’s always up to you it’s either you treat everything that happens to you as an experience that you learn from or you just choose to sulk over everything

Stress is your bodies reaction to challenge or demand
Stress is a feeling of emotional or physical tension, it can come from any event or thought that makes you feel frustrated angry or nervous, here are a few ways to reduce stress and risk of stress
Step 1 on stress reduction
Meditation.
-Meditating is to focus on ones mind for a period of time in silence or with the aid of chanting as a religious or spiritual purpose or as a method of relaxation Meditation can help relieve stress in a number of ways as it helps you connect to your inner strength, it decreases anxiety, it helps you to relax and focus your thoughts to one place thus eliminating the bad ones.
Meditation also helps you to reduce and manage stress it also helps you to reverse the effects of stress, meditation releases emotional turbulence
-Exercise is a physical activity that is planned, structured and repetitive for the purpose of conditioning the body.
Exercise helps to relieve stress by increasing your bodys sense of well being and health, it helps you to gain lower blood pressure and it pumps up your endorphins.
Lighting a candle helps to sooth our souls, thereby reducing stress and increasing self awareness. Aromatherapy candles can help you to relax, feel calm and energised.
Living the best life can somehow prove to be a very difficult thing as you are always swamped with things to do so much that you rarely get the time to just breathe and relax.
If it’s not work, then it’s the kids,if not the kids, you are probably stressing over something else. To live the best life without stress, and anxiety you have to be willing to compromise on a lot of things e.g the types of food intake (you can’t be eating fast foods everyday and expect to live a healthy life).
Well here’s a guide from me to you about how to live your best life.
-{1} Do less planning and thinking.
Most of the time when we set out to do specific things we just get so hooked up on planning those things and end up overthinking them so much that we end up leaving them as just plans in our journal, Rather than spending time and thinking what to do when you are free or during a holiday I would advice you to just pick up that suitcase and go on that dream vacation or just pick up that camera and record that first video for your dream you tube channel. You will see the rest will do it’s self, because in most cases we humans forget that we cannot simply plan for life as we are not the ones in charge. Anything can happen to you today or tomorrow so just always make sure that you live your best life without regret. Remember life is full of uncertainties.
-{2} Exercise regularly and eating healthy.
–Exercising helps to de-stress and also helps to keep your body healthy and in shape. You will always find that after exercising you will feel a little more happy and a little more fresher
– Eating healthy has always been a drag to most of us because want we don’t know is that, that on less burger or fried chips actually makes a difference, what we don’t know is that a burger less is a more healthy life and a burger more is always a crisis in your health matters in the near future. It’s always nobody’s fault when you are lying on your death bed having to die early because of an unhealthy eating lifestyle {but it’s always you who is dying and not the guy who actually sells fast foods which are unhealthy}.
If you are skeptical about this or addicted to fast foods, start slowly decrease your daily inputs of fast foods every day or so and then use the compound effect you will see after a few months the results and also go see a doctor if you feel it might be too late

At times you just run out of things to do and you end up getting bored at home because when you are doing nothing times seems to stop moving. Ever noticed how long holidays or weekends are if you are free, Or how boring life can be if you do the same things everyday and you end up getting lost in your own world, Well I got just the thing for you.
Today I got up lazy, brushed my teeth and did everything that I do everyday and I noticed that I have a routine on my life or I’m living a routine thus I decided to try out some new things that I can do to improve my mind and skills so I decided to do a little research on hobbies that I can try out and the results were great and I just decided to write about these hobbies that can change your life.
Hobby number one
(1)Art stuff If you like drawing, mixing colours and writing you can try out any one of these (Painting, Drawing and Writing ) all of these if mastered correctly can prove to be quite profitable who knows maybe you can prove to be the next Picasso of our generation.
(2)Cooking You can learn how to make different types of dishes at home. Learning how to cook boosts your confidence, it makes you happy, saves you take away money, increases you knowledge and expertise on food. It can prove to be helpful or an advantage someday.
(3) Learning a new language Learning a new language can prove to be quite helpful in most cases and is a skill which can also be used to make money e.g you can work as a translator. Learning a new language improves your memory, gives you the ability to multitask and better lestening and communication skills.
(4) Writing Writing help’s to create a winder imagination it decreases stress,helps you to relax boosts your self esteem increases your communication skills and is quite an admirable skill
(5)learn to play a new musical instrument Learning to play musical instruments is quite easy if mastered relieves stress, makes you happier, it builds your confidence, makes you patience and is worth it also proven to be a skill if mastered.
(6) Exercise Exercising is quite healthy, it promotes good health, it improves your mental health and mood, reduce your risk of heat disease, boosts your confidence and helps you to quit smoking.
